As the Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong-Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (hereinafter referred to as the Outline) was unveiled in February 2019, the Greater Bay Area has been clearly determined as one of the most strategically important city cluster of China, acting as a crucial role in developing technology, deepening links between financial systems and infrastructure.

Among the core cities of the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong has become the most significant data center hub in Asia-Pacific region for its stable economy, world-leading connectivity and closeness to the mainland. Many Chinese internet and cloud computing companies have established their international branch in Hong Kong as the bridge to reach out the global market.

However, as China data center market has its unique features in policies, regulations and conventions, there are still obstacles for Chinese players to make their global presence or global players to make their entry into China market. In this context,

AICDC is to hold the Forum on Uncover Cross-border IDC Business Opportunities in APAC Market (aka as Hong Kong Forum), inviting distinguished guests from telcos, data center operators and cloud computing providers to have in-depth discussion on cross-border cooperation.

The Hong Kong Forum will be held during the 2019 Cloud Expo Asia (22-23 May 2019), which is one of the largest dedicated cloud event, together with Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, Bid Data World, Smart IOT and Data Center world.

A number of world-leading operators have been invited:
